Functions

The Asset Protection System provides the functionality enabling you to contact your people efficiently and effectively with minimal human intervention.

You manage incidents and events APS manages the contact.

Although APS cannot guarantee the contact, it can assure that PRACTICALLY everyway possible can be used to get to the right people.

It is essential that when a Currently Information Chaining either via telephone calls, faxes pagers (and so on) is the standard method of distributing information to a company's staff or client groups.

This is unwieldy and can create more confusion the further down then chain you go. In some cases this is an exercise in Chinese Whispers and the management of an incident or event can be lost just in the communication process.

This where incidents or events may become emergencies or disasters.

By automating the process and by providing contact reports an Emergency Planner or Disaster Recovery Manager can focus on dealing with the incident. Saving lives and/or protecting your business is the issue not making a telephone call.
